UMass requires all vendors selling branded merchandise to be licensed. This ensures quality and proper use of the UMass name and logo. - Contact the licensing office to express interest & request application materials:
Reach out to Kimberley Thornton, Associate Director of Trademark, Licensing & Marketing for the UMass System. We will provide you with all the necessary details and information to begin the licensing process through the brandcomply platform. - Complete the application:
Fill out and submit the forms at as instructed. - Become a licensed vendor:
Once approved, you’ll be officially recognized as a UMass Licensed Vendor — allowed to sell UMass-branded merchandise.
