Royalty Reporting
All of UMass’ invoices and quarterly reports will be through our Licensing Software – College.
Licensees must submit quarterly sales and royalty reports (available below) regardless of zero sales for the following sales periods:
- January 1 – March 31 (submitted on/before April 30)
- April 1 – June 30 (submitted on/before July 31)
- July 1 – September 30 (submitted on/before Oct. 31)
- October 1 – December 31 (submitted on/before Jan. 31)

- Annual Licensee Fee $50
- Royalty Advance $200
- Vintage Royalty Advance $300
